The name I couldn't remember regarding "building a vision" is Jim Camp. If you haven't read his book "No: The Only Negotiating System You Need for Work and Home" (not the other one that's available on Kindle; it sucks) then do not tarry. Read this book, or an equally good book with a very similar perspective: "Never Split the Difference: Negotiating as if Your Life Depended on It" by Chris Voss. Better yet, read them both and learn about the power of empathy and questions.
The songs that got me so amped up prior to recording the introduction for this show were "Bullet in the Head" and "Know Your Enemy", possibly my favorite one-two punch by Rage Against the Machine, mostly because of the incredible bass work by Tim Commerford and the bone-chilling vocal outtro on "Know Your Enemy".
